The Most Important Wedding Vendors to Feed on Your Big Day

On your wedding day, you will be surrounded by the people who mean the most to you and who have helped you make your big day possible. From your parents and grandparents to your bridal party and wedding vendors, there will be a lot of people working hard to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. And as the saying goes, "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach." So, on such an important day, you'll want to make sure you show your appreciation for all of those who have helped make your dream come true by feeding them!

Wedding Vendors You Should Feed

While it might seem like common sense to feed your wedding vendors, you might be surprised how many couples forget (or simply don't realize) that their vendors are working hard throughout the day and could use a meal. So, which vendors should you make sure to feed? Here's a list of some of the most important ones:

The Wedding Planner/Coordinator: This person is literally responsible for keeping everything on track and making sure things run smoothly on your big day. A little something to eat will help keep their energy up so they can continue doing an amazing job!

The Photographer(s): These individuals will be running around all day (sometimes in less-than-ideal weather conditions) to capture every special moment of your wedding day. A meal will help keep them going so they can continue taking amazing photos that you'll cherish for a lifetime.

The Videographer(s): Like photographers, videographers will also be running around all day to capture both video and audio of your wedding ceremony and reception. A meal will help keep them focused and alert so they can produce a high-quality video that you'll love watching for years to come.

The Florist: Florists work tirelessly leading up to the wedding day to ensure that all of the floral arrangements are just perfect. A meal on the big day will help replenish their energy so they can continue making your venue look incredible.

The DJ: While the DJ is playing at your reception, they will be working hard throughout the night to keep everyone entertained. A meal (and maybe even a break or two) will help them stay refreshed and focused on giving everyone a great time.

Make sure your wedding vendors are well-fed on your big day! It's common courtesy (and good business sense!) to feed the people who are working hard to make your wedding ceremony and reception perfect. From the coordinator keeping everything running smoothly to the photographer capturing every special moment, these individuals will appreciate a meal (or two) throughout the course of your big day!
